What is this?
Join us to learn about engaging women in governmental institutions to initiate and support policy decisions affecting their environmental, economic, social and cultural lives and livelihood. Our international panel will discuss strengthening institutions by promoting gender equity in parliamentary bodies at a global level, encouraging women to run for elected office at a national level, and passing the Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) at the state and local level.
